Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, unless you request otherwise at checkout. Embroidery Orders are typically finished and shipped within 2-3 weeks. Delivery time is typically 2-3 days after orders are presented to the Post Office (UPS Ground deliveries may take up to 1 week). An additional shipping charge may be added to your order if its weight exceeds 3 lb.
Rush orders are available for a small additional charge. Call us, tell us when you need it, and we'll do everything we can to get it to you on time. Orders sent to Europe are shipped USPS Express Mail International, insured. Delivery times vary depending upon destination. FedEx shipping is available upon request.
