How secure is OnenessInterfaith.com?
Our Checkout Window uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers. Data security is of primary importance and we are certified in the Payment Card Industry Council (PCI) Compliance Program through theTrustwave Trusted Commerce program validated annually.

What shipping methods do you use?
We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS, insured. Delivery time is typically 2-3 days after orders are presented to the Post Office (UPS Ground shipments may take up to 1 week). An additional shipping charge may be added to your order if its weight exceeds 3 lb.

Orders sent to Europe are shipped USPS First Class International. Delivery times vary depending upon destination. VAT tax applies were indicated.
FedEx shipping is available upon request. Please contact Customer Service at 916-865-9123 for details.

Do you offer Rush Deliveries?
In most cases, our standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks after the order is placed for all embroidery orders. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PAYPAL through our secure merchant gateway.

Yes! We are constantly looking to our customers for ideas for new products. Do you sell Wholesale?
All our stoles are custom made and not sold Wholesale. We can, however, offer quantity discounts depending on the product and the quantity requested. Please call us at 916-865-9123 for more information.
